Job Description
Senior ServiceNow Developer enhancing enterprise ServiceNow platform across ITSM, SPM, HRSD, and more. Leading development efforts and collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules such as ITSM
- Build and maintain custom ServiceNow functionality using: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
- Implement and optimize integrations using: REST/SOAP APIs
- Configure and enhance Employee Center Pro experiences and HR service workflows.
- Develop and maintain GRC controls, policy/compliance workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Support SecOps and VR use cases such as vulnerability ingestion, remediation workflows, and security incident management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior developers and administrators.
- Collaborate with platform owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on development experience with: JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform (Glide APIs)
- Scoped applications
- Flow Designer / Workflow
- Service Catalog
- Proven experience supporting multiple ServiceNow modules, including modules such as: ITSM, SPM, HRSD, ECP, GRC, SecOps / Vulnerability Response, Nuvolo
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), data loads, and system interfaces.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow security model: ACLs, roles, groups, data policies
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- US Citizenship required.
- Clearance: Public Trust T3 (Or the ability to obtain and maintain one)
