Job Description
Senior Social Media Growth Manager responsible for content-driven growth in social channels at SBC Performance. Managing key metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of social media channels (primarily TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Development and execution of content strategy, storytelling frameworks, and monthly content plans
- Copywriting and creation of CTAs focused on conversion and user action
- Hypothesis generation and testing across formats, rubrics, and content mechanics with structured learnings
- Briefing and coordination of designers, copywriters, media buyers, and video production teams
- Competitor research and continuous SMM market analysis
- Analytics tracking and interpretation: ER, CTR, Reach, Impressions, follower growth
- Content optimization based on performance data
- Ban and crisis management with fast response and clear processes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in SMM / Social Media Management (performance-driven preferred)
- Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and/or Facebook
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion
- Experience working with key metrics (CTR, ER, Reach, etc.)
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and workflows
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Upper-Intermediate+ English
- Experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing (Nice to have)
- Experience working with paid traffic teams (Nice to have)
- Understanding of funnels and user acquisition mechanics (Nice to have)
- Experience with viral content formats and trends (Nice to have)
