Job Description
Senior Workforce cybersecurity sales specialist expanding Palo Alto Networks’ IAM, IGA, and Endpoint Security business across LATAM. Driving strategic opportunities, enterprise relationships, and channel growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own regional sales targets for Workforce solutions, including IAM, IGA, and Endpoint Security
- Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities from discovery through closure
- Build and expand relationships with CISO/CIO and product leadership stakeholders
- Develop and deliver value-based business cases articulating ROI and customer-specific goals
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, and Professional Services
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver a cohesive customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Partner with resellers, system integrators, and channel partners to expand market reach
- Drive partner enablement to increase channel-sourced pipeline, improve partner engagement, and accelerate sales cycles
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related technology field
- Hands-on expertise in IAM and IGA domains
- Consistent quota attainment in strategic account management or overlay sales
- Deep understanding of IAM, IGA, Endpoint Security, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with large enterprises operating in hybrid or cloud environments
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to present effectively and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Team-oriented, proactive, and adept at navigating matrixed environments
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and Tableau
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within the assigned region
