Job Description
Senior Sales Manager growing recurring SaaS revenue for Infopro Digital’s UK automotive data business. Winning strategic accounts, managing complex sales funnels, and driving retention and expansion across the automotive aftermarket.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic UK accounts and prospects
- Build account plans identifying customer priorities, decision-makers, commercial potential and growth pathways
- Prospect, progress opportunities, conduct account reviews and maintain accurate forecasts
- Build multi-level customer relationships and act as a trusted adviser
- Execute new-business plans across priority UK automotive aftermarket segments
- Own complex, high-value opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation and close
- Conduct qualification, value-based discovery, solution design and commercial negotiation
- Manage the full CRM sales funnel and maintain data quality, next steps, close dates and stage definitions
- Track pipeline, conversion, sales-cycle, win-rate, contract-value, ARR, retention, churn, expansion and NRR metrics
- Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts to the UK Commercial Director
- Drive renewals, retention, cross-sell and upsell through measurable customer outcomes
- Coordinate resolution of strategic customer issues and represent customer feedback in internal decisions
- Collaborate with marketing, product and operations on demand generation, propositions, adoption and scalable growth
- Provide competitor intelligence and market insight
- Contribute to budgeting, territory planning, pricing discussions and UK commercial strategy
Requirements:
- Proven success in a senior B2B SaaS, data, information-services or subscription sales role with recurring-revenue targets
- Strong track record in new-business hunting, complex solution selling and closing strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of ARR, MRR, ACV, churn, retention, NRR, CAC, pipeline coverage, conversion rates and forecast accuracy
- Experience building and managing a measurable CRM sales funnel using dashboards and a consistent sales methodology
- Experience balancing new-logo acquisition with retention, account growth and customer lifetime value
- Evidence of improving qualification, discovery, conversion, deal velocity and forecast reliability through disciplined execution
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and executive-level communication
- Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, workshop networks, distributors, parts, diagnostics, repair data or related digital solutions highly desirable
- Experience selling into fragmented markets comprising enterprise groups, networks and independent businesses highly desirable
- Exposure to multi-region or matrix organisations and cross-functional go-to-market teams highly desirable
- Experience operating successfully in a growing commercial organisation highly desirable
