Job Description
Senior talent acquisition specialist partnering with hiring managers at L3Harris Technologies. Managing sourcing, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, offers, and recruiting compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension, and related talent acquisition activities
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System
- Adhere to compliance and talent acquisition processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in full-cycle recruiting with active sourcing, OR graduate degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred
- Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting preferred
- Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies preferred
- Ethical standards, integrity, and respect
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and deadlines
- High sense of urgency and action-oriented approach
