Job Description
Senior Technical Recruiter scaling Engineering, Data, and Machine Learning teams. Building technical talent pipelines for Engine’s AI-native business travel platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process for high-volume Engineering pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and create data-driven recruiting strategies
- Identify and engage passive technical talent
- Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines
- Assess candidates for alignment with Engine’s collaborative and innovative culture
- Provide timely communication and an exceptional candidate experience
- Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Use recruitment metrics and best practices to advise hiring managers
- Analyze competitor practices and implement recruiting process improvements
- Nurture talent networks within the engineering recruiting space
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience recruiting for Engineering, Data, Machine Learning, and related roles
- 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Proven ability to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing methods
- Ability to source and engage technical talent in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Strong commitment to exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and methodologies
- Ability to contribute collaboratively to a high-performing team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
