Job Description
Senior Technical Account Manager delivering Paxos blockchain and digital-asset integrations for U.S. financial institutions. Managing reliability, change releases, operational requests, and customer implementation plans.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with customer technical and operational teams to implement Paxos products and services post-sale across Brokerage, Money Movement, Orchestration, and Tokenization/Dashboard.
- Provide customer education, project management, test design, best-practice recommendations, technical question support, and testing support.
- Prioritize and deliver daily technical and operational requests across a broad account book, including intake, routing, SLAs, and status updates.
- Own integration health and reliability through monitoring, alerts, error recovery, reconciliations, data quality checks, and environment hygiene from sandbox to production.
- Run change management for releases, API/schema/version updates, configurations, entitlements, keys/certificates, IP allowlists, and maintenance windows.
- Execute integration work aligned to account plans: enable capabilities, modify integrations, validate, roll out, and stabilize.
- Provide implementation consulting, including integration patterns, test plans, and go-live readiness.
- Publish shared patterns, FAQs, runbooks, and usage/SLA/error reporting to scale team knowledge.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Implementation Consulting or Technical Account Management experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Track record of delivering complex technical implementations spanning multiple quarters with enterprise customers
- Strong technical acumen and ability to lead API integrations
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
