Job Description
Senior Technical Account Manager supporting strategic enterprise customers deploying Dataiku’s AI orchestration platform. Advising on architecture, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, data platforms, security, and MLOps.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Customer Success team and customers to identify priorities and define engagement plans
- Manage milestones, contribute to deliverables, provide status updates, and mitigate issues and risks
- Centralize client technical information and contribute to account strategy
- Grow and scale the Field Engineering team through documentation, process optimization, and peer upskilling
- Advise customers and provide hands-on support for Dataiku platform architecture, deployment, operations, usage best practices, security, data management, compute resources, MLOps, and monitoring
- Troubleshoot product implementation within client systems
- Record and communicate feature requests to Product and R&D
- Advise client technology leaders on companion technologies and Dataiku strategies
- Support innovative Dataiku approaches including edge computing, deep learning, and advanced MLOps
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Comfort and confidence in client-facing interactions
- Ability to work both pre-sale and post-sale
- Strong Linux system administration experience, including networking
- Experience with authentication and authorization systems such as LDAP, Kerberos, AD, and IAM
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for setup, administration, troubleshooting, and tuning
- Experience with Hadoop and/or Spark for setup, administration, troubleshooting, and tuning
- Experience with Python
- Some knowledge of Java is nice to have
- Some knowledge of MLOps
