Job Description
Senior Technical Recruiter managing all aspects of talent acquisition for Micron's global semiconductor operations. Driving talent strategies and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire talent acquisition process from sourcing and selection to extending offers
- Develop and execute talent strategies
- Recruit and deliver highly qualified external candidates
- Effectively interact with and influence all levels of the organization
- Coordinate priorities and initiatives
- Demonstrate proactivity and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience recruiting within a global semiconductor environment
- Proven ability to build rapport and interact with key stakeholders
- Strong data-driven capability
- Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience
- Experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
