Job Description

Senior Technical Recruiter managing all aspects of talent acquisition for Micron's global semiconductor operations. Driving talent strategies and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire talent acquisition process from sourcing and selection to extending offers
  • Develop and execute talent strategies
  • Recruit and deliver highly qualified external candidates
  • Effectively interact with and influence all levels of the organization
  • Coordinate priorities and initiatives
  • Demonstrate proactivity and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience recruiting within a global semiconductor environment
  • Proven ability to build rapport and interact with key stakeholders
  • Strong data-driven capability
  • Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience
  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
