Job Description
Senior Technical Recruiter connecting elite Cloud talent with teams in GCP, Databricks, and Microsoft Azure. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and advising hiring managers on market salary benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle; from initial briefing and headhunting to negotiation and onboarding
- Build a robust pipeline of technical experts across South Africa, the UK, Mauritius, and beyond
- Rapidly source and deploy contractors for project-based team augmentation
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, defining job specs and providing market-realistic salary benchmarks
Requirements:
- 5+ years in technical recruitment, ideally with a blend of agency speed and in-house culture
- Must "speak Cloud"
- Understanding of Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevOps, and Platform Engineers
- Deep understanding of the South African market and global regions
- Existing, active network of technical professionals and contractors ready to go
- Technical tertiary qualifications are critical
