Job Description

User Acquisition Manager optimizing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics for social discovery applications. Launching targeted ads and improving ROI for international user engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaigns launch and optimization (web)
  • Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns
  • Project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM, and other tools
  • Channels scaling without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics
  • Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in UA (Meta)
  • Experience with automation in UA and AI tools would be perfect
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Startup mindset
  • English is B2 or higher
  • Russian C1+
