Job Description
User Acquisition Manager optimizing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics for social discovery applications. Launching targeted ads and improving ROI for international user engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Campaigns launch and optimization (web)
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns
- Project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM, and other tools
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics
- Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in UA (Meta)
- Experience with automation in UA and AI tools would be perfect
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Startup mindset
- English is B2 or higher
- Russian C1+
