Job Description

Service Sales Account Manager promoting and selling enterprise solutions and aftersales service contracts in France. Responsible for maintaining contracts and generating new business in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and selling enterprise solutions and aftersales service contracts to assigned accounts in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing existing contracts and generating new business to reach financial targets.
  • Managing the installed base inventory, service levels and contract set-up.
  • Consistently monitoring the contract performance.
  • Creatively tailoring solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Driving account plans for growth.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Sales experience in either Agilent's markets, or in enterprise services sales (software, IT)
  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued asset
  • Perfect networking abilities to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders
  • Fluent in French and English.
