Job Description

ServiceNow Change Manager overseeing enterprise-wide IT change processes ensuring compliance and stability. Requires strong analytical skills and ITIL knowledge with 6-10 years in IT Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Governing and managing enterprise-wide IT change processes
  • Ensure service stability, regulatory compliance, and minimal business disruption
  • Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide change management policies and procedures
  • Manage the lifecycle of all IT changes
  • Evaluate change requests for risk, impact, and readiness
  • Partner with IT, business units, and compliance teams
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on change activity
  • Drive continual improvement by promoting proactive change management

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in IT Services
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and make data-driven decisions
  • Understanding of financial services compliance and cybersecurity principles
  • ITIL Foundation or ITIL Practitioner Certification preferred
  • PMP, Prosci Change Management, or COBIT Certification preferred
  • Relevant cloud or technical certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)
