Job Description
Paid remote interview with SMB HR professionals about payroll and HR software. Terac recruits vetted human experts for AI researchers, labs, and product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a remote, one-on-one video interview about the company's payroll and HR software stack
- Walk through current HR and payroll software workflows
- Detail use of features for managing employee data and compensation
- Compare current tools with other platforms evaluated or used previously
- Discuss challenges and workflow needs in an SMB environment
- Share feedback on usability, system integration, and market dynamics
- Review high-level concepts and provide candid opinions on competitor platforms
Requirements:
- Active HR professional, payroll manager, or operations leader at an SMB
- Direct experience using or administering modern payroll and HR platforms
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape of HR software
- Comfortable discussing administrative workflows and software feature utilization
- Should have direct experience evaluating, implementing, or heavily utilizing business HR software suites
- Must work at a small to medium-sized business
- Remote participation via one-on-one video interview
