Job Description

Social Media Manager ensuring positive brand engagement through comment moderation for a global staffing agency. Focused on community management across social media platforms while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage all comments across Facebook and Instagram (organic posts, paid ads, and creator pages)
  • Respond to positive comments and customer questions in a timely, on-brand manner
  • Identify and delete negative or harmful comments when appropriate
  • Manage and respond to all direct messages (DMs) across brand accounts
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions
  • Log in twice daily (morning and evening) to ensure timely responses and coverage

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in social media comment moderation or community management
  • Strong judgment in deciding when to respond vs. delete comments, with a focus on supporting ad performance and conversions
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to work daily, including weekends
  • Reliable and responsive, with the ability to stick to a structured daily schedule (2–3 hours/day)
