Job Description
Solutions Architect designing customer-specific solutions for Gravyty's AI-powered engagement platform. Collaborating with sales and professional services teams to drive solution design.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales and CS to understand business goals
- Design scalable solutions based on platform capabilities
- Create solution documentation and integration architecture
- Stay up to date on product roadmap and capabilities
- Conduct discovery and requirements gathering
- Architect customer-specific solutions
- Document and present solution plans
- Collaborate with implementation and CS teams
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of Technical Solutions and/or Integration experience
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a strong customer focus
- Strong relationship-building
- Deep understanding of the product and APIs
- Strong technical communication
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Knowledge of integrations, data flows, and platform architecture
- Collaborative spirit with a bias toward action, efficiency, and continuous improvement
