Job Description
Security Analyst role focusing on customer audits and evidence-related engagements in a global team at Genesys. Defending AI security, privacy, and compliance posture with technical evidence.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical SME for Genesys Cloud customer audits to support our global team
- Serve as the internal escalation point for penetration testing–related discussions
- Lead advanced technical discussions with customers, prospects, partners, and auditors
- Defend Genesys Cloud AI security, privacy, and compliance using technical evidence
- Demonstrate control-level understanding across frameworks (SOC 2, PCI, etc.)
- Understand and explain evidence showing how Genesys Cloud security controls are implemented (IAM, encryption, key management, network segmentation, logging, monitoring, detection and response, incident management, web security, AI security, SDLC)
- Support security reviews, and penetration testing discussions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience
- Experience within audit operations delivering evidence for a cloud solution
- Strong understanding of IAM, network security, encryption, key management, logging, auditing, and monitoring in cloud environments
- Experience discussing penetration testing findings and remediation approaches
- Ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and business audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English.
