Job Description

Product Manager connecting Splunk product and go-to-market teams for strategic enterprise customers. Using telemetry, lifecycle data, and customer insight to drive adoption, growth, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Own strategic product-led customer engagements for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers
  • Align the level of engagement to customer value and opportunity
  • Represent the Splunk product organization to customers and Splunk go-to-market leaders
  • Drive product-led outcomes as the command and control center
  • Connect Splunk’s product and go-to-market organizations
  • Serve as a trusted product partner in account planning related to product outcomes
  • Use telemetry data and AI summarization to drive product-led customer experience and growth workstreams
  • Understand customer usage of Splunk and articulate product opportunities and pain points to Product and Engineering partners
  • Define and report KPIs tied to product engagement, usage, and customer health
  • Inform the product organization about growth opportunities, re-platforming opportunities, and retention risks
  • Engage directly with customers, account teams, product managers, engineering leaders, and executives
  • Translate complex customer needs into product requirements, decisions, and action plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, or Master’s degree plus 3 years of related experience, or PhD plus 1 year of related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management or technical customer engagement with enterprise customers
  • Experience engaging senior leadership at enterprise customers on technical issues
  • Experience serving as a trusted product lead driving technical consensus on cross-functional engineering and go-to-market teams
  • Experience supporting complex customers
  • Experience working with large data sets to identify technical blockers
  • Knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar platforms for system health and performance insights
  • AWS/GCP Cloud Architect, CKA, or equivalent SRE/DevOps certifications preferred
