Job Description
Strategic Account Executive for selling AI-native learning platform targeting enterprise clients. Focus on behavioral simulation to enhance talent readiness in organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Full enterprise sales cycle.
- Pipeline development.
- Strategic discovery.
- Category selling.
- Demo and proposal ownership.
- Multi-stakeholder navigation.
- Pipeline discipline.
- Voice of customer.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably with SaaS-based software
- Deep experience in the corporate learning space, with your own rolodex of executive contacts
- Proven new logo track record.
- Consultative by nature
- Comfortable in a startup
