Strategic Account Executive for selling AI-native learning platform targeting enterprise clients. Focus on behavioral simulation to enhance talent readiness in organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Full enterprise sales cycle.
  • Pipeline development.
  • Strategic discovery.
  • Category selling.
  • Demo and proposal ownership.
  • Multi-stakeholder navigation.
  • Pipeline discipline.
  • Voice of customer.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably with SaaS-based software
  • Deep experience in the corporate learning space, with your own rolodex of executive contacts
  • Proven new logo track record.
  • Consultative by nature
  • Comfortable in a startup
