Job Description
Strategic Partnerships Lead managing outbound partnerships for TakeProfitTrader. Building and maintaining strategic relationships to expand brand reach and drive customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Own outbound strategic partnership development, building a consistent pipeline of net-new opportunities with brands and businesses.
- Prospect, pitch, and close partnership deals from initial outreach through signed agreement and launch execution.
- Structure partnership models such as co-marketing campaigns, sponsorships, content collaborations, distribution partnerships, platform integrations, and event-based activations.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across relevant categories (fintech, trading/trader ecosystem, software/tools, education, and adjacent audiences).
- Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities that expand brand reach, drive customer acquisition, and strengthen long-term credibility.
- Create partnership proposals and concise deal briefs outlining: what we get, what we pay (if applicable), deliverables, timelines, expected upside, and risks.
- Coordinate internal execution across teams (creative, marketing, compliance, ops) to ensure partnerships launch smoothly and deliver on what was promised.
- Attend conferences/events as needed and represent the brand in a high-trust, professional way.
- Maintain clear deal tracking and pipeline visibility, ensuring clean follow-up, accurate deal stages, and strong execution discipline.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B sales
- Proven ability to do outbound prospecting and disciplined follow-up
- Strong communicator and negotiator with high professionalism
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management habits and attention to detail
- Able to run deals end-to-end without needing constant oversight or handholding
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving internal momentum to get deals launched.
