Job Description
Strategic Solutions Executive shaping GE HealthCare’s complex imaging deals and partnerships. Leading U.S. healthcare-system pursuits across GE HealthCare’s medical technology portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Build a robust funnel of opportunities in strategic bulk buys and long-term strategic partnerships
- Drive identified opportunities to closure with relevant market commercial teams
- Lead market commercial teams through the deal cycle and align internal stakeholders
- Build relationships and credibility with account communities and customers
- Provoke customers to consider options beyond traditional buying processes
- Lead execution of outcome-selling strategies, including positioning GEHC’s point of view, qualification, advising, alignment, negotiation, and contingency planning
- Work with account communities, the GM Strategic Solutions, and internal product teams to shape and pilot new offerings
- Represent new offerings within account communities
- Expand sales expertise across GEHC’s portfolio, including Imaging, Ultrasound, Service, LCS, HEF, and Digital PDx products and capabilities
- Follow applicable GE policies, procedures, and operating mechanisms
- Participate in company initiatives as directed by management
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity, and company policies
- Define pursuit teams and streamline teams supporting opportunities
- Lead account communities and product teams to build teamwork and streamline deal pursuits and strategies
- Manage customer conversations across the portfolio
Requirements:
- Multiple experiences architecting strategically and commercially successful multi-modality solutions
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry and Imaging
- Strong knowledge of health system operations and financial management
- Proven track record engaging with and advising senior healthcare executives
- Organizational leadership experience, including direct and indirect team leadership and influence
- Strong knowledge of the GE Healthcare portfolio
- Willingness to travel 50–70% to support deal pursuits within USCAN
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze financial information and generate alternatives
- Outstanding business acumen, including prioritization, winning strategies, and coaching teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels, functions, and regions
- Ability to build relationships across the organization and with customers
- Skilled at managing conflict and leveraging constructive conflict
- Strong PC skills, including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience closing large, complex, strategic deals
- Proven key account management and project planning skills
- Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Ability to work productively under pressure
- High-level presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of GE Healthcare products and services is desired
- 5+ years working in GE Healthcare is recommended but not required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
