Job Description
System Analyst translating complex business requirements into technical solutions for fintech. Collaborating with teams to analyze, document, and improve payment systems and banking solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Be the bridge between business and technology
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, practical technical solutions
- Analyze and document our current acquiring solutions and banking rails
- Participate in the integration of new solutions, contributing your own ideas and approaches
- Work closely with the engineering team to define solutions aligned with technical challenges and business goals
- Propose, document, and drive improvements and initiatives across the platform
Requirements:
- Have 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst
- Possess solid knowledge of AWS services and tooling
- Demonstrate structured, flexible thinking and a strong problem-solving mindset
- Communicate clearly and openly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher (English-speaking team)
- Show high personal ownership and a genuine motivation to build impactful products
- Actively use AI tools to solve problems, improve efficiency, and drive better outcomes
