Job Description
Systems Integrations Manager focusing on acquiring and managing API integrations with U.S. state agencies. Role involves significant compliance and documentation responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify APIs, data feeds, and integration methods across states
- Determine access types (REST, SOAP, SFTP, portals, third-party providers)
- Build and maintain a structured database of integrations
- Own the full lifecycle: discovery → outreach → application → approval
- Act as the main point of contact for state agencies
- Manage applications and compliance documentation
Requirements:
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or technical onboarding
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple workflows
- Comfortable working with government systems or compliance processes
- Strong communication skills (technical + non-technical)
- Highly persistent and detail-oriented
