Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on clinical recruitment for Sailor Health. Connecting therapists with exceptional mental health care opportunities for the senior population.
Responsibilities:
- Own Clinician Recruitment, from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activation
- Attract and identify the very best clinical talent
- Provide a 5-star clinician experience through their hiring journey
- Manage our clinician recruitment pipelines, as well as building out new recruitment channels
- Launch clinical recruitment for brand new specialities
- Develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria
- Innovate on new systems and tools
