Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on clinical recruitment for Sailor Health. Connecting therapists with exceptional mental health care opportunities for the senior population.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Clinician Recruitment, from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activation
  • Attract and identify the very best clinical talent
  • Provide a 5-star clinician experience through their hiring journey
  • Manage our clinician recruitment pipelines, as well as building out new recruitment channels
  • Launch clinical recruitment for brand new specialities
  • Develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria
  • Innovate on new systems and tools

Requirements:

  • You love interviewing and meeting new people
  • You have a human-centered approach and love providing delightful experiences to clinicians
  • Love clinical recruiting, from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offer acceptance
  • Are organized, disciplined, and proactive
  • Are curious and data-minded, using metrics to guide decisions
