Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner managing full-cycle recruitment for academic and operational hiring at National University. Collaborating with various stakeholders to attract and engage qualified talent.
Responsibilities:
- Manages full-cycle recruitment activities supporting academic, operational, and administrative hiring needs across National University.
- Partners closely with hiring managers, Human Resource Business Partners, and University leadership to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Sources and recruits candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media.
- Attends career job fairs to meet recruitment needs and enhance University recognition.
- Prepares and extends employment offers and supports pre-employment processes, including references and background checks.
- Maintains recruitment activity, candidate documentation, and reporting within the ATS, databases, and spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field, required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of talent acquisition experience utilizing sourcing and applicant tracking systems (ATS), including LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, or similar sourcing platforms; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in higher education preferred.
- Professional Human Resources or Recruiter certification, a plus.
