Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager managing recruitment activities for Director and General Manager roles across hotels in Latin America. Supporting hotel openings and collaborating with HR teams for talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • The Talent Acquisition Manager - LAC is responsible for managing sourcing and/or end-to-end recruitment activities for Director and General Manager roles for full and select service hotels across the subregion.
  • Support a portfolio of 42 operating hotels, with an additional 4–5 hotel openings anticipated over the next three years.
  • Partner closely with hotel leadership, HR teams, and regional stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across a broad range of hotel functions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting senior-level hospitality leadership talent, including Director and/or General Manager positions.
  • 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within hospitality.
  • Hospitality industry recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting hotel openings or large-scale hiring initiatives.
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred; Portuguese fluency is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting across Latin America and Caribbean markets.
  • Knowledge of regional labor market dynamics and employment practices.
