Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner recruiting licensed mental health therapists for Two Chairs' mental health care system. Managing full-cycle hiring, candidate experience, and recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed therapists aligned with Two Chairs' values
  • Meet individual KPIs
  • Share Two Chairs' mission, culture, and employee value proposition with prospective candidates
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and strengthen the employment brand
  • Source creatively and re-engage past candidates
  • Refine recruiting processes to improve hiring outcomes
  • Partner directly with clinical care leadership to recruit licensed mental health therapists
  • Support scaling Two Chairs during a phase of growth

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 1 year recruiting for independently licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD)
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Comfort using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills
  • Ability to leverage business acumen, and analyze and interpret data to inform your decisions
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
