Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner recruiting licensed mental health therapists for Two Chairs' mental health care system. Managing full-cycle hiring, candidate experience, and recruiting strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and hire licensed therapists aligned with Two Chairs' values
- Meet individual KPIs
- Share Two Chairs' mission, culture, and employee value proposition with prospective candidates
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and strengthen the employment brand
- Source creatively and re-engage past candidates
- Refine recruiting processes to improve hiring outcomes
- Partner directly with clinical care leadership to recruit licensed mental health therapists
- Support scaling Two Chairs during a phase of growth
Requirements:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 1 year recruiting for independently licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, or PsyD)
- Experience in high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Comfort using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills
- Ability to leverage business acumen, and analyze and interpret data to inform your decisions
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
