Job Description

Talent Acquisition Partner at Iron Mountain focusing on high-volume recruitment for Clutter. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and optimizing candidate pipelines across North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Contribute to a collaborative TA environment where we leverage team insights
  • Cultivate, manage and optimize high-volume candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external candidates across multiple geographic regions

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience for high-volume, frontline, non-exempt roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices in diverse environments, such as high-volume retail, logistics, operations, agency, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
  • Proven ability in analytical talent assessment and stakeholder management across diverse job profiles and geographic regions, managing a high volume workload, and delivering results
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
