Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist leading full-cycle EMEA recruitment for RTB House, a Deep Learning-powered performance advertising platform. Building candidate pipelines and managing stakeholder and candidate relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle recruitment for the company in the EMEA region
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage specialty recruitment systems to attract, select, and retain highly talented individuals
- Generate a high-quality candidate pipeline through daily interview calls
- Meet monthly individual recruitment goals
- Provide excellent service to candidates
- Attract and source talented company members
- Create and recommend recruitment strategies and approaches
- Proactively source, network, and market job opportunities to build qualified candidate pipelines and promote the advantages of working for RTB House
- Use existing tools and technology to source, evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Communicate consistently with team members and business stakeholders about positions and recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Develop an understanding of the unique business and talent needs of each market
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and other departments to achieve goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of direct talent sourcing and end-to-end recruitment experience
- Excellent networking abilities and communication skills
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across organizational levels and cultures
- Analytical approach to managing recruitment pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English is required
