Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting financial-sector recruitment across Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Estonia. Screening candidates, sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, and coordinating hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct CV screening and phone interviews with candidates
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate information in the Client’s ATS
- Support background and reference checks, offer creation, and candidate communication
- Collaborate with Recruiters and support preparation of candidate shortlists
- Manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously
- Support high-volume recruitment campaigns, including graduate and internship programmes
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in sourcing and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
- Experience with Talent Mapping, SuccessFactors, or another ATS would be an advantage
