Job Description
Technical Sourcer responsible for identifying exceptional technical talent across various platforms. Requires strong research skills and collaboration with recruiters in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Find technical professionals using LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Build diverse candidate pools through multi-channel sourcing
- Write engaging messages and conduct initial candidate conversations
- Maintain detailed candidate databases and engagement history
- Conduct brief screening calls to assess qualifications
- Collaborate with recruiters to build inclusive teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in sourcing technical talent across various platforms
- Strong research abilities and attention to detail
- Basic technical knowledge to identify qualified candidates
- Excellent written English for crafting outreach messages
- Experience with LinkedIn, ATS systems, Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects independently.
