Job Description
Technology Business Partner integrating acquired commercial landscaping companies into Visterra’s Aspire platform. Mapping operations, configuring systems, standardizing processes, and training branch teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead operational resource during integrations
- Understand acquired companies’ operational workflows, including estimating, job costing, scheduling, and billing
- Own process mapping
- Translate acquired companies’ operational processes into the Aspire platform
- Configure Aspire to reflect new companies’ operational structures
- Collaborate with IT to align system settings with the established plan
- Identify, document, and standardize best practices across newly integrated companies
- Align practices with Visterra’s core processes while preserving local strengths
- Partner with acquired leadership, Visterra’s executive team, and other departments on integration efforts
- Conduct and coordinate training on Aspire and Visterra’s operational procedures
- Provide direct support during and after the stabilization period
- Identify and resolve operational challenges during integration
- Minimize disruption to business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, Landscape Management, or related field is required
- 5+ years of experience in landscape operations or integration management
- Hands-on experience with Aspire is required
- Strong understanding of Aspire functionality related to job costing, pricing, and markup strategies
- Strong understanding of landscape services including maintenance, enhancements, and snow
- Proven ability to lead change and manage complex projects across multiple locations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially in field environments
- Willingness to travel regularly to support branch operations and integration efforts
- 5 years’ experience of Mergers & Acquisition is preferred
