Job Description

Territory Manager driving Continence Care sales for Coloplast, a medical device company serving intimate healthcare needs. Building provider relationships, delivering product education, and growing Seattle-area territory revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve territory sales objectives through selling activities
  • Cultivate business partnerships with key decision makers
  • Deliver product in-services
  • Drive market share and sales growth
  • Target, sell, and service Coloplast’s Continence Care product portfolio
  • Engage targeted accounts and develop and execute territory sales plans
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities
  • Understand customer environments, decision makers, issues, challenges, and opportunities
  • Advance sales processes and achieve or exceed annual contract commitments
  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis
  • Use consultative selling to uncover customer strategy and present clinical and financial value propositions
  • Plan daily call routines and account coverage
  • Use GPO and IDN contracts, marketing directives, sales reports, and educational materials to maximize sales growth
  • Monitor competitive activity and sales volume
  • Retain and grow the current customer base
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and increase product use
  • Build cross-functional relationships
  • Maintain clinical, technical, competitive, market, and industry knowledge
  • Attend industry meetings and events for business development
  • Organize information in the CRM tool
  • Maintain records and perform sales reporting and expense management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred with 3+ years of med tech sales experience, OR 2-year associate degree with 5+ years of med tech sales experience, OR 7+ years of med tech sales experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight, 25%–50%
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Completion of healthcare-facility credentialing requirements
  • Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics, and company policies
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Effective time and territory management skills
  • Administrative capabilities
  • Effective written and oral communication capabilities
