Job Description

Territory Manager driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction for Donaldson Company. Developing strategies and fostering relationships in a technical environment with a focus on growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective business strategies to increase sales within the assigned territory.
  • Foster strong relationships with end-users, distributor channels, and engineering firms.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and training to clients on product applications and benefits.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and service excellence.
  • Resolve conflicts and address customer concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency
