Job Description

Territory Account Manager responsible for acquiring medium-sized customers across the Nordics region. Focus on sales pipeline generation, outbound hunting, and partner-driven sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Hunt and acquire new medium-sized customers
  • Generate strong pipeline via outbound prospecting, cold calling, partner collaboration, and market research
  • Drive full-cycle sales with support from partners and distributors
  • Position ProGlove’s combined hardware + software solutions to demonstrate ROI and operational improvements
  • Build strong partner & distributor relationships
  • Develop, enable, and motivate regional partners to increase joint revenue
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, on-site visits, joint customer meetings, and exhibitions
  • Strengthen partnerships through trust, guidance, and solution expertise
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate strategy and jointly grow the Nordic region
  • Partner with the Solution Architect to tailor technical solutions and ensure customer success
  • Maintain accurate data and forecasting in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Proven success in hunting, outbound prospecting, and acquiring medium-sized customers
  • Experience in selling solutions in Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain environments
  • Strong relationship-building skills — you connect easily with partners, customers, and colleagues
  • Experience working with partners, distributors, or reseller networks
  • Ability to learn fast, grow rapidly, and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Ambition to take over larger key accounts once you prove success
  • Comfortable in high-energy, high-pressure, high-activity environments
  • Excellent communicator, negotiator, and presenter
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, and other Nordic language is a plus
  • Willingness and excitement to travel extensively (50–80%)
