Job Description

Territory Manager driving sales strategies in the Mobile Solutions market for Donaldson Company. Supporting distribution partners and end-users with product knowledge and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively support distribution and end-users in product knowledge, applications, and marketing of Donaldson’s Aftermarket product offerings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Provide feedback of industry and market trends with marketing, engineering, and pricing teams.
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of the territories’ distributors and maximizing their potential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of industrial sales experience
  • 2+ years of distribution management or other technical sales experience
  • Strong mechanical/technical aptitude
  • Proficiency with business systems such as CRM, Oracle BI, and Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
