Job Description
Territory Manager for Trek Bicycle, enhancing dealer success and market shares in Germany. Collaborating strategically and efficiently to implement sales and service improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the success of specialist dealers in your territory.
- Work strategically to optimally position the brands in the market.
- Generate enthusiasm for the products and strengthen dealer performance.
- Support dealers on-site and report directly to the Sales Manager D-A-CH (Germany-Austria-Switzerland).
- Provide strategic business consulting to optimize sales and service capabilities.
Requirements:
- Strong affinity for sports.
- Highly structured, strategic and results-oriented working style.
- Confident user of digital CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven sales experience.
- In-depth industry knowledge and basic technical understanding of bicycles and e-bikes.
- Above-average customer commitment and professional communication skills.
- Field sales experience, preferably with a focus on sales or business consulting, is a plus.
- Native German speaker.
- Good knowledge of English.
