Job Description
Sales Development Representative generating leads and developing strategies at ABC Fitness. Engaging potential clients and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop prospecting strategies together with the team
- Identify and map opportunities for the sales team
- Manage and organize leads in the CRM
- Research and analyze lead profiles and behavior
- Plan and execute initial outreach (scripts and cadences)
- Contact leads via phone, email and WhatsApp
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (e.g., BANT, SPIN)
- Understand pains and needs, connecting them to relevant solutions
- Schedule qualified meetings for sales executives
- Maintain lead engagement until the meeting takes place
- Record all interactions in the CRM
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR or in commercial roles
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Active listening, organization and resilience
- Experience with inside sales
- Knowledge of methodologies such as SPIN Selling and BANT
- Ability to conduct consultative conversations and ask strategic questions
- Experience with phone and WhatsApp outreach
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Ability to deliver remote sales presentations
