Job Description

Territory Sales Engineer growing Henkel’s industrial adhesive, sealant, and coating sales across Dallas and east Texas. Supporting distributors, training customers, and solving manufacturing problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical sales support to maximize sales growth of Henkel’s General Industrial Adhesives business in Dallas and east Texas
  • Identify, develop, and quantify customer value propositions by matching customer needs with adhesive solutions
  • Motivate and train authorized industrial distributors to sell LOCTITE products and solutions
  • Develop and present training sessions for industrial and manufacturing MRO and OEM customers
  • Prospect for new business while managing the existing customer base through customer visits
  • Implement strategies supporting profitable growth of Henkel’s product lines in the territory
  • Prioritize and execute sales and marketing programs aligned with Henkel’s go-to-market strategies
  • Communicate progress and needs to the management team
  • Use Henkel’s CRM tools to manage sales engagement activities and the project pipeline
  • Visit customers to solve manufacturing and repair problems with value-added solutions
  • Take proactive and consultative approaches to explore customer needs and find innovative solutions with technical team support
  • Collaborate with customer service, marketing, engineering, and other functions to deliver excellent customer experiences and sustainable growth
  • Cultivate and grow customers through account management
  • Build relationships and conduct product training and demonstrations
