Job Description
Training Manager supervising training technicians and ensuring new hire training delivery at LEARN Behavioral. Requires BCBA certification and a Master’s Degree.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of training technicians.
- Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of new hire training to all new hires at LEARN.
- Documentation of new hire progress through training programs.
- Review and evaluation of training content to ensure relevant and accurate content.
- Effectively prioritize routine and non-routine work assignments to ensure goals and time-lines are achieved.
- Communicate day to day operational changes, issues, updates related to specific trainees to other LEARN departments (e.g., talent acquisition, HR, scheduling)
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree Required
- BCBA Certification Required
- 1+ years of experience in autism clinical field as a BCBA
