Job Description
Vice President leading concierge mental health care delivery at Intent Clinical. Scaling national service operations, clinician matching, quality systems, and distributed teams for high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day care delivery across all service lines
- Develop and implement operational standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks
- Build and manage systems for rapid, high-quality matching of clients with clinicians and specialists
- Ensure the intake-to-care-plan process operates with speed and precision
- Manage and grow a high-performing service team across a remote, nationally distributed environment
- Establish performance expectations, accountability structures, and professional development pathways
- Partner with Human Resources to maintain and expand the curated national team of 400+ specialized professionals
- Develop and oversee credentialing, vetting, and quality assurance processes
- Identify and resolve service coverage gaps by geography, specialty, or service line
- Monitor clinical quality, service outcomes, and satisfaction indicators
- Ensure care delivery operations meet applicable regulatory, ethical, and compliance standards
- Lead continuous process improvement using data, client feedback, and team input
- Collaborate with operations and sales to align operational capacity with growth
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Report directly to the COO
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in service operations, healthcare services, behavioral health, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience providing related direct care services
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a similar field
- Maintains field-specific licensure and certifications, such as PhD, PsyD, or LCSW
- Demonstrated success building and scaling service delivery operations in a high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of the mental health and behavioral health landscape
- Experience managing remote, nationally distributed teams
- Strong operational instincts and ability to build systems, solve problems, and drive accountability
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism serving high-profile, high-net-worth clients and trusted advisors
- Collaborative leadership style across service, operational, and business development functions
- Experience with concierge, high-touch, or premium service environments is a strong plus
- Understanding of social responsibility and contributing positively to others' well-being
- Proficiency with computer skills such as email, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and EMR/EHRs
