Job Description
Partner Marketing Manager for Horizon3.ai overseeing global partner marketing initiatives and demand generation campaigns. Collaborating with diverse partner ecosystems and executing effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and report on performance-driven incentive programs, including rebates and SPIFFs.
- Own the Partner experience of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform including content management, journey building, and page design.
- Execute program launches, such as the Partner Advisory Council (PAC) and the Global Partner Conference (GPC).
- Collaborate with Partner Business Managers (PBMs) and Field Marketers to develop and execute quarterly joint marketing plans.
- Work cross-functionally to design and execute localized webinar series and regional campaigns.
- Manage annual partner awards and appreciation programs to celebrate elite performance.
- Develop "campaign-in-a-box" packages, tactical playbooks, and partner templates.
- Own the global partner communication strategy, including newsletters, webinars, and nurture tracks.
- Facilitate ongoing partner engagement through various channels.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven track record of managing partner relationships and executing global co-marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple "big rock" initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into partner value and revenue opportunities.
- A data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on campaign ROI and pipeline funnel metrics.
- Ability and willingness to travel to support campaigns as needed.
