Job Description
VP leading Product and Technology PMO governance at Powerfleet, a global AIoT SaaS company. Improving portfolio execution, delivery predictability, investment decisions, and transformation outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product & Technology PMO, including program management, project management, scrum, and delivery resources
- Establish and maintain portfolio governance across Product, Engineering, Technology, and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Develop and manage annual and quarterly planning, prioritization, capacity, and investment processes
- Create an integrated executive view of strategic initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, investments, resource requirements, and expected outcomes
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and executive leadership to improve portfolio decision-making and delivery predictability
- Oversee major technology and enterprise transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, and risk management
- Drive cross-functional execution across complex programs involving multiple business functions, technologies, geographies, and stakeholders
- Develop executive dashboards and KPIs covering portfolio health, delivery performance, investment, business value, and customer outcomes
- Provide executive leadership with actionable insights into progress, risks, dependencies, and required decisions
- Partner with Finance and executive leadership on investment decisions, resource allocation, capacity planning, and value realization
- Build and continuously evolve a modern, outcome-driven PMO
- Leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven insights to improve planning, reporting, forecasting, risk management, and decision-making
- Establish scalable practices and tools supporting Powerfleet’s growth and transformation
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive experience across technology, product, program management, business transformation, and/or enterprise PMO leadership
- Significant experience leading global Product and Technology portfolios and complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing program management, project management, scrum, and/or delivery teams
- Proven ability to partner effectively with C-suite executives and influence decisions across organizational and functional boundaries
- Strong understanding of software and product development, enterprise technology, and business transformation
- Experience supporting or leading major ERP, CRM, technology rationalization, SaaS, data, AI, and cloud initiatives
- Strong knowledge of portfolio management, strategic planning, capacity planning, resource allocation, and investment governance
- Demonstrated financial and business acumen, including experience evaluating investments and measuring value realization
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex portfolio information into clear, actionable insights
- Experience implementing modern portfolio management practices, tools, automation, and data-driven reporting
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, highly cross-functional environment
- Builder mindset with demonstrated success establishing or transforming a PMO into a strategic, outcome-focused function
