Job Description

Virtual Assistant providing administrative support to clients remotely with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Managing calendars, emails, and performing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to clients.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Manage emails, calendar, and contact lists.
  • Research and compile data for reports.
  • Provide customer service support.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Create presentations and documents.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in BPO/Customer service (Preferred)
  • Proficient phone skills
  • Command of the English language and grammar
  • Working knowledge of computers and software
  • Attention to detail
  • Service-oriented and driven to provide the highest level of customer service
