Job Description
Virtual Assistant role managing Google Calendar and social media tasks for Payette Forward. Requires experience in data entry, organizing, and supporting communications.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an organized Google Calendar
- Setting up meetings with people inside and outside of the Payette Forward organization
- Sorting through contact forms and respond as necessary
- Checking emails and organizing inboxes
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining our calendar
- Staying in touch with readers who submit contact forms
- Performing daily maintenance and data entry on our spreadsheets
- Moderating comments on our social media accounts
- Researching social forums for new article ideas
- Posting our content on social forums
Requirements:
- Experience with data entry and social media management
- Write in friendly, conversational English
- Use proper spelling and grammar
- Write with attention to detail in your own unique voice
- Create and organize Google Drive and Google Calendar
- Sort and organize Gmail inboxes
