Job Description
Virtual Estate Planning Administrative Assistant managing administrative tasks for an estate planning practice. Contributing to client communications and record-keeping in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Follow established procedures to protect sensitive and confidential information
- Ensure files and records are properly maintained and up to date
- Organize and track client information and financial details
- Support administrative tasks related to estate planning matters
- Maintain and update CRM records in Lawmatics
- Handle email communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist with accurate data entry and document management
Requirements:
