Job Description
Virtual Relationship Manager at PNC managing commercial banking clients through virtual communication. Responsible for client acquisition and enhancing client engagement while mitigating risks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage new and existing clients remotely and virtually
- Identify customer needs and present PNC's products and services
- Grow share of wallet with existing clients and acquire new clients
- Coordinate implementation and documentation of non-credit products and services
- Conduct outreach to targeted prospective clients
- Collaborate with the Virtual RM team to share best practices
- Manage risk/return in accordance with PNC's risk profile
- Mitigate different types of risk related to clients
- Utilize technology to enhance client engagement and loyalty through multiple channels
Requirements:
