Job Description

CRO leading strategic sales initiatives and revenue accountability in a B2B payments environment. Collaborating with senior leadership to drive sustainable profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive all aspects of go-to-market and sales strategies to ensure revenue accountability
  • Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team integrating sales, customer care, marketing, and partnerships
  • Establish and execute growth strategy across multiple revenue channels and product offerings
  • Collaborate with Finance and Solution Management to optimize pricing, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Champion customer-centric initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field and 15+ years' of experience in a multi-channel sales strategy organization OR High School Diploma and 19+ years' of experience in a multi-channel sales strategy organization
  • 8+ years of growing leadership responsibility
  • 12+ years of Banking/FI or Payments industry experience
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in revenue-focused roles
  • Proven track record in multi-channel sales strategy, pricing, and market expansion
  • 12+ years of experience in technology, SaaS, or financial services sectors
  • Proven expertise in digital transformation and data-driven revenue models.
