Job Description

VP Sales responsible for commercial performance in Australia and New Zealand at First Table. Leading teams and improving systems for restaurant acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand
  • Managing Sales Managers, Account Management, and RevOps functions
  • Improving sales standards, forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline
  • Supporting acquisition, retention, and overall restaurant partner performance
  • Coaching and developing sales leaders and future talent
  • Working alongside Marketing to ensure supply and diner demand stay aligned
  • Improving how restaurants are supported across the customer lifecycle
  • Contributing to company-wide strategy as part of the Executive Leadership Team
  • Building a strong, connected, and high-performing culture across distributed teams

Requirements:

  • Significant commercial leadership experience within a high-growth business
  • Strong sales leadership capability across multiple markets or regions
  • Experience leading both acquisition and account management/customer success functions
  • Strong operational and Revenue Operations capability
  • Comfortable using data, reporting, and CRM systems to improve performance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hospitality, food-tech, SaaS, marketplace, or travel experience would be highly valuable
