Job Description

VP of Strategic Accounts leading front-end development of high-value projects with a focus on engineering and design services at Gray AES. Responsible for customer relationships and strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front-end development of high-value projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
  • Oversee the creation and standardization of proposals, ensuring clarity, competitiveness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for key proposals, balancing profitability with customer value.
  • Serve as the primary executive contact for strategic customers, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded AES scope.
  • Lead presentation strategy for major proposals and project reviews.
  • Ensure robust execution planning and ongoing monitoring of project progress, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Mentor project managers and oversee key projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, and high performance.
  • Lead efforts to sell AES activities and scope on complex projects, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Set standards for design coordination, pricing, and project organization, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality outcomes.
